Program Details & Notables
• 16-week live, interactive program (offered only once per year).
• Live Zoom sessions every Thursday from 12–1 PM ET (June–October).
• No group sessions in August. No sessions in August, or on July 31st, September 4th, and October 30th.
• Final showcase in November 2025 – Participants will deliver their signature talk on stage in front of a live studio audience. If you are unable to attend live, arrangements can be made to present remotely. If you aren't interested in presenting on a stage, please see the FAQ section below.
• Speaking certification upon successful completion of the program.
Includes:
✅ Two (2) private coaching sessions tailored to your personal speaking goals.
✅16 week small group coaching certification program.
✅ Mentorship from professional coaches to refine your message and delivery.

✅ Present your signature talk in front of a live audience. The performance is in the Toronto area, with a virtual presentation option for distant attendees.

Note that Kind Projects will secure the venue, there is no additional cost for the venue rental. Packages will be available should you wish to purchase a video, reels, or photographs of your performance in November.

Who is this program for?
This program is for leaders, entrepreneurs, business owners, thought leaders, corporate professionals, and aspiring public speakers who want to elevate their confidence, improve their communication skills, and make a lasting impact through their voice.
What if I am unable to attend all the sessions?
All sessions are recorded, and you will be required to watch it prior to the next session. You’ll have access to all recordings for the duration of the program. We strongly encourage live participation for the best experience! Note that 80% attendance is required to qualify for certification.
Do I need prior public speaking experience?
Prior speaking experience is not required. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced speaker, this program will help you refine and elevate your voice to the next level.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes! Once approved, you’ll make three payments of $1,900 CAD + tax over 3 months.
What happens if I apply and don’t get accepted?
Your $299 CAD application fee is fully refundable if you are not selected.
How is this program different from the other speaking programs?
Unlike many self-paced or evergreen programs, The Kind Voice of Impact Speaking Program is a live, interactive experience where you’ll be fully engaged every step of the way. Our sessions are held weekly on Zoom, creating a real-time, supportive environment where we learn together, hold each other accountable, and most importantly…have fun! We don’t assign "homework" - we call it homeplay because growth should be enjoyable. What truly sets us apart is our personalized coaching approach.
Each participant also receives one-on-one coaching to focus on their unique strengths and areas for improvement. We culminate the program with a live stage performance - we rent a venue where you’ll deliver your signature talk in front of a real audience, giving you an authentic speaking experience.This isn’t just another speaking course - it’s a certification program. Upon completion, you’ll earn the Certified Kind Voice of Impact Speaker designation, joining an exclusive community of like-minded speakers who prioritize impact over income.
